REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (3 positions open)
The Company – Integrated Energy Technologies (IET) is a leading manufacturer of combustion components and systems for Gas Turbine Engines. We have immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager in our Corporate office in Cincinnati.
The Position – These are field sales positions responsible for promoting and selling the Company's combustion components and systems to global power generation and aerospace OEM customers. Specific expectations and responsibilities:
- Quickly develop value-added customer relationships to expand sales to existing customers
- Coordinate preparation of RFQs and proposals and managing them through capture
- Prepare sales forecasts and market analyses based on customer demand
- Champion new business opportunities through a collaborative sales process working with the technical, operations and financial team
The Qualifications –
- At least five years OEM sales experience, preferably in turbine engine components and systems in either the power generation or aerospace industries
- A proven track record of successfully growing existing accounts and developing new markets and customers
- A strong technical background, a bachelor's degree required in engineering or business
- Understanding of business strategy directed towards achieving bottom-line results, and, the ability to analyze the profitability of products and customers.
